I've found out why I'm having difficulty completing any maps!

Textures! The HL texture packs are dull and boring and i can't help thinking 'I have seen this. People don't want this crappy dullness!'

Can anyone suggest a place or person from where or whom I can get some cool new .wad files. I tried myself but... It's not worth mentioning. I can make signs and posters. That is all.

After looking at Jahzel's new map screens and I realised what the problem is. I don't want another lab or office! I'm sure you guys don't either!

Yes, true.

The best advice i can give is look outside the "HL Box" for textures.

Tried taking some digital photos but they looked crap what with the tiling and all. Everything was wonky and tiled! GRRR!!!

No, i ment - don't look for "HL texture packs" Look for tiled textures.

OK, they are quake3 te4xtures, but I'm sure the wadfather has them converted...

I am currently working on a map with 100% original materials (I mean textures) : you will be able to download and use the wad once our job will be done, in some monthes ...
