I dont know why but sometimes models wont appear...

There are multiple things that can cause this problem.

First, check Console for any errors about static props using physics models, etc.

If no errors are present, in the model properties, set Start Fade Dist to -1 and End Fade Dist to 0.

These should solve your problem.

What if it does say something about static props using physical models?

Well some models are not meant to be prop_static or prop_physics and you can tell because console will say for exaple:

'error model/c17/chair.mdl assigned prop_physics but no v physics bone DELETED'

That is just an example but console will say something similar hopefully!

Change your prop_statics that it's talking about to prop_physics, with the motion disabled flag ticked if necessary.
