I think the ****ing editor hates me. The map editing windows are really small and the other half of the editing window with the texture display is really big how do I make the windows there normal size?

Blame microsoft, although sometimes the error is between the chair and the screen, and no, it's not the keyboard/mouse.

i dont really get what your saying, but if you want 4 2d/3d windows then add four windows and click tile
