Maby you mean flare.spr if im right. It is the one on top of the pillars on Xen. They changed the colours if thats what you mean.

Sprite explorer, if you want to find where it is, and then you can modify it. But I think they just tweaked the properties so it did that, somehow.

Can't you change the color effect? Thats what I did on my jet.. I got sprites in the back to make it look, real.
