i have photoshop and psp, and i find psp is just as good, and infact, i prefer it.
now back to the proper subject..
i write my pages in winsyntax, its like a flashy version of notpad. it colour codes the synatxing, making scanning easier, and numbers the lines so debugging the "error in line x" is easier. and its free. i have dreamweaver too, which is a fantastic bit of kit, but pointless to load because my pc i slooooooooooooooow and i know the code, so i write it myself. you cant beat notepad for quick coding though.
i use topstyle for my css, simply because it makes my life easier. plus, it can wite your css for you if you dont know how.
i use paintshop pro and photoshop for my graphics, oh and paint! (for emoticons).
i write my javascript (what little of it i use) in notepad.
