I've bought a new laptop, specs:
Intel Core2Duo processor T9300 (2.5 Ghz, 800 Mhz FSB, 6MB L2 Cache)
4GB DDR2 Ram
500gb HDD (2x 250gb)
Geforce 9500M GS 512Mb
18.4" HD LCD (1080P)
Bluray
With this rig I have officially moved on to using Vista. So far I think it's pretty okay, there are a few things that bug me, but nothing major.
oh well..

I got my new Corsair memory today, so now I've got 2gb RAM ^^
One 520W PSU later and my x1650xt works like a charm 
Of course my chassi had to be a bitch and not fit the psu, but I "persuaded" it and now it fits perfectly. Oblivion, here I come!

So I've ordered a new GPU, an ATi Radeon x1950Pro. Quite a leap from my old 9800Pro and the x1300Pro I'm using now. It should arrive tomorrow or monday, and after that I only need to buy some more RAM and my rig is all set.
I would've liked to buy everything at once, but I don't have enough money to do so. Oh well, almost there now!

So my computer died today after 4 years of faithful service. R.I.P
My plans to get a new guitar and mp3 player is scratched fron the list. The new number one priority is a new computer. sigh

Well, I'm working 7 days a week until the 30th, yes that includes christmas eve. Hey, I don't celebrate it so I might as well make some money. After the 30th, I should have around 5000Sek, which translates into ~700 us dollars if my math isn't completely screwed. Might be, it's late.. Anyways, I'm going to start the year with a massiva shopping spree. I want a new mp3 player and a new guitar.
Other "news"; I bought Twilight Princess (the GC version, can't afford a Wii yet) and I absolutely love it. It is definitely the best Zelda game. It even pwns my old favorite, Ocarina of Time. There's no excuse for not getting this game, period.
And finally, I got a hold of a beta key to "The Burning Crusade", the expansion to WoW. Just need to download 2.13gb worth of files then I'm set to go!
