i'm going to download the sdk for hl2 soon, so I'll be able to make hl2 and hl2dm maps!

HL2 is awesome! But I still must warn that you should not buy it unless you REALLY want it. (took me about 4 tries/2 copies of software to get it to work

Figured out Ravenholm, I just needed to pay a little more attention.
HL2 is working GREAT!!! It loads slow, because of my @#$% laptop hard drive, but gameplay is smooth (with a 3.2GHz P4, you can do anything.) However, I'm stuck in Ravenholm, and if anyone reads this and knows how to get out, please send me a PM!

I bought HL2 yesterday, and went through 1:30 of internet hell trying to get it to work. I finally got it to work today, so I'll have a lot of fun in the next few weeks. (I hope.) [to Valve: Pleeeeese don't screw me over like you've done to so many other people with HL2!]
Got bored today, and made a new avatar, but can't upload it. Maybe i'll try tomorrow, or maybe I'll make a new one tomorrow, because I plan to be very bored.
I was trying to sleep last night, without much success, and I came up with this Half-Life themed poem:
The headcrab it chased after Gordon, hoping
that it would get a free meal. But it
