A sloution to Zeeba-G's env_shooter problem:
Make sure the gib speed factor is hgher than your gravity value (800 usually)I like setting it to 1200 for a nice up-shoot effect. cuz gravity is acceleration down and gib speed factor is acceleration in any direction you choose, while gravity is still appied. so the upward acceleration will be Gib Speed - Gravity. If it's negative, the gib will fall down. I tend to confuse ppl with physics stuff. :P

Steaming Corpses Inc. is not getting any more hits. The top contributor has fallen to the wicked devilry that is Steam. In fact, I'm probably gonna hibernate the site.

The following three words you never want to hear together:
California
Heat wave
Standardized testing
well, it's like that here where I live. It's like 90 degrees outside, I have a History test tomorrow (I had English today) and it's California, amplifying the effect of the first two. However, I'm still mapping and sketching maps in my extra time left of tests that I finish early.

my rendering skills are growing with each day, but I can't map because the things at my school are quite hectic at this point. i live in California, and there's a new thing, California High School Exit Exam, or CAHSEE. it's easy (8th grade level) but takes a whole lotta time and my parents won't let me use the PC until I'm done. :

WHOA, TRIPPY... :P anyway, it's CreAtivE Labs IceMouse and it looks pretty sweet. when I start modding my case, i'll get blue LED's all over the insid just to match my mouse. in other news, I'm creating a sweet robot boss thing, soon to be released.

Ah, I feel little angels and Alien controllers fluttering in the air and gently chirping, for I, my friends, am in love! The girl's name is Anhelica (pretty cool, huh) and she is the only female being of this species (homo sapiens) that actually gives a crap about Half-Life. When I started talking to her, she said: "I'm probably the only one who actually chases scientists around with a crowbar and makes them scream like little Japanese schoolgirls." That was exactly the feeling I had ever since I cracked my first scientist skull. When I heard that phrase, I was, like, "Will you marry me?" And she was, like, "Lemme think about it..." So now I am overflowed with emotion, and, since my computer is fixed, I shall map cruel and/or unusual punishments for Walter & Company. Ahhhh faints :P

READ THIS OR DIE!!!
I think this is the most hilarious thing ever. I actually sent this to my friend whose dad works at Fermilab. Enjoy:
...are you telling me that your
super-pimped-up computer doesn't have a free 100-200
MB? whoa, your dad must have a whole lot of his
Fermilab stuff on there. Look around and I'm sure
you'll find a remote-control terminal that controls a
local anti-mass spectrometer. all you gotta do then is
make a link to it on your desktop, grab the biggest
yellow alien crystal you can find and get your dad to
take you on a tour of the anti-mass spectrometer.
then, covertly deposit the crystal into the analysis
port. then, go home and use the link you made earlier
to start a 105-% analysis cycle. see if you:
a) tear a rip to another world
b) create a full-scale resonance cascade
c) find US troops eliminating all the scientists and
guards in Fermilab
d)fall through one of the rifts and kill an ugly alien
baby with a crystal in its brain
e) all of the above
f) none of the above
g) some of the above.

My hometown, Moscow just got attacked by terrorists. the attack took place in a subway tunnel, smooshing a subway car along the walls and pretty much evaporizing anyone inside it. the explosion was about 5 kilograms of TNT. On the behalf of TWHL's members, I hope the bastard who did it dies 5 times for every person he killed.
