Luke LukeLuke
Just saw Cloverfield.

I heard a home theater wouldn't do the movie justice, but my home 'theater' did pretty well.

The movie was well done. Some may think the ending was abrupt, but I like the way it did it as if the tape was actually recovered after this incident.

Probably the best monster movie I've ever seen, too (of course, it's not that hard to beat others).

I hope they do a sequal, because there's so much room for more story. Maybe from other perspectives / a something following a compiled military log. Would be interesting.

I'll give it a 9/10.

I love you luke, I really do.

There will be a cloverfield 2.
I heard that someone from the team announced that, can't give you a source tho.
I also heard it will concist of another persons view at the same time, meaning that it won't give any information about what happens after.

HOWEVER
In the end, if you stay through the end credits, you will hear a little sound of somebody speaking, try playing it backwards, see what happens.

Haha. It was a pretty entertaining movie, but I don't know if i'd call it an actual GOOD movie. Lacked all the right elements at the end to give viewers satisfaction. I WANTED TO SEE IT DIE.

of course it's still alive.
they wouldnt kill that. That'd be a waste of money
I would like to see the military's perspective take on the monster.

Ya I mean every military runs around with a camera right?
Just look at the one who threw that puppy, I bet he was there!

Lol, yah. Can't wait for a sequel, then.

If i were in charge of the sequel, I'd have it done through the perspective of a cocky cameraman or reporter shooting a war documentary-type thing of the military battling the monster or something like that.

I loved this movie, had to go see it twice.

I was reading an interview from the director a little while ago, he says there's a moment before "it" attacks the bridge where Hud turns and faces another person with a hand-held camera. Fairly sure he said that's where he'd like to kick off a sequel - through the eyes of these other survivors.

Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you.

Sounds good to me.
Hopefully it will continue the story a bit too. :>
