(18 is a bit of a burden due to all the accompanying legal responsibilities in most countries, 19 is rather uneventful and 20 sucks because it's a whole new decade)
Almost typed out GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! But I'm about to crash, so yeah.
Yeah stu 19 sucks, but in sweden you aren't allowed to buy alcohol in the store until you are 20, however you are allowed to buy alcohol when going out from when you are 18. Oh swedish goverment, you so random.
Point is, 20 is awesome in sweden.

Well, Madcow, there's always the very best solution to that problem; have friend who is 20, go to Germany, fill car with practically free alcohol (by Swedish standards), go home, enjoy.
