DD/MM/YYYY (or YYYY-MM-DD) is the rule in everywhere except the US/Canada. America's backwards date formatting is about as wide spread as its backwards imperial measurement system. As in, nobody else uses it.
Oh... and happy birthday Jeff! I'll forgive you for formatting your dates backwards.

Happy birthday!! Also, as an American and an engineer that deals with foreign and domestic matters, we gotta switch to the metric system. It's far superior and then ill only need HALF the tools I own. The date format will take some getting use to only because its been engrained into my mind since I was a wee lad in diapers.

Isn't every country full of idiots?
Happy birthday Jeff. I'm a bit surprised you're 18 already, I was under the impression that you were 16 or something. Come to think of it, you probably were the last time I asked.
Did you ever end up doing whatever you were going to do before becoming an adult?
Oh... and happy birthday Jeff! I'll forgive you for formatting your dates backwards.
Happy birthday Jeffy boy!
