My cat died this morning :[
Got a big pit in the bottom of my stomach, it's horrible. You don't appreciate things that have been with you your entire life until they're gone. She lived to the grand old age of 21, which for cats is pretty damn old. But yeah, I'm only 22. She's just always been there. nnnngggrgh.
FEELS AND INABILITY TO EXPRESS THEM BECAUSE I AM MANLY AND NOT CRYING LIKE A LITTLE BITCH.
/cries like little bitch.
Remember the time you spent with your cat, it still lives in your heart.
Condolences man.
Sorry for your loss.
Archie at least you had a good long time with her
I'm sure she was really happy and glad to have an awesome owner like you, who'd help her to live so long.
Once again, sorry to hear that.
No shame in crying when you lose a pet - they're a member of the family, and losing them is hard. But like CT and Rim said, you had a lot of years with her, and she must have had a wonderful life with you.
When a cat lives to the age of 21 you know its had a good life - 21 cat years is ~over a hundred human years. Well looked after, so you did good Archie!
Cat's are wonderful companions and are part of the family. My deepest condolences go out to you.
The pain of loss does not outweigh the many years of happiness you have gotten from his company. Give yourself time to reflect and heal, then get another cat.
No animal will ever replace the ones you have lost, but it never hurts to open your heart to another friendship.
I Wish you the best.
my god if anything archie you should be glad she / he even lived that long, must've been a fighter!
yeah losing a pet is always a horrible thing, especially ones that have been with you since you were a wean. I felt heartbroken when one of mine died a couple years back, so horrible. What was worse was seeing him after the vet gave us the cat back, but at least we could bury him.
my condolences
