Not sure how to decode this, but this sort of thing is tradition, so I'm going to assume I know roughly what it means.

Happy Birthday!

I'm a bit rusty on bitmasking so I'm guessing this isn't your 224th birthday. Happy '$age'.th birthday!

Pretty sure it's 23:
(NOT 11101000) & 11111111
00010111 & 11111111
0001 0111
Happy 0x17th birthday!

Thanks! Yes, it's 23. Sadly. I was perfectly happy being 22 - it has been the best year of my life.

Maybe you shouldn't count them then.

Well I was perfectly happy being 17, but I'm still 27 now...

Happy birthday!

Everybody feels he/she was very happy at some age(including myself), but I think it is a flawed conception.

[Edit] Apparently Potatis is four days older than me. Also, it was only upon trying to figure that out that I realised I wasn't even sure whether I'm 22 or 23. It goes to show how little I get out when the last time I had to think about my own age was probably four or five years ago.

If you have a licence you can look your date of birth there.

I wish you still called potatis "potasis".
