You know one thing that make mapping fun, is that you can always learn something new to do. Like you can learn how make diffrent kinds of maps, make diffrent kinds of arcitecure, make diffrent kinds of lighting.

But also depending on your experiences you can also find something new on how to make simple things. Yet unless you obsessed with learning every entity type you cant always know what to do with them all. Thus help sites are alwasy good :D

Currently working on a new mod called Rocket Destruction. Its nothin big, just a little project. Right now the second part is in problem maps because I cant get the scripted sequences to work and I don't have any idea why. Maybe I added too many things to one multi-manager :

**Update -- Due to scripting problems -which i got no help on this has been shutdown. 07/28/04**

And where the hell did fy_city go? Down the drain due to extreme compile times. It was preety much done anyway there was like 2 things left to do... but thats way old news.

Allright, I've decided to make a Spirit of Half-Life map which shows what you can do with Spirit. It will include new AI, weapons, vehicles and some general cool effects, ofcourse all mapbased. So basically, that will be the very first map I will put into the vault after this being my very first journal post. If you're wondering what Spirit is, check the website or stop by here.

In this entry I have two thing to talk about:

1. I don't know why but my site isn't working right... says it can't be found. Well, this sucks... Oh well, I'll just go on without it. :(

2. My latest map (or I should say, map pack) is in the Unfinished Stuff vault. It's called 2001 Monoliths, and it's based on one of my favorite books, 2001: A Space Odyssey. The map pack contains two maps for now, I might add some more in the future. :)
