Ah, thanks. Il keep em home for a bit.

The other 108 soldiers i got got partialy deployed, one of the battles was lost, the other won. meaning that i destroyed his infrastructure for a bit.

For now i dont need more soldiers, but dont get into war guys, it will kill your economy.

I already thaught it was a model, only a 10 sec job, create a pilar, subdivde by 10, rotate each division 36 degree. and done you are.

its easy how he did the smoothing in the map, there should be a CSG or RAD command with wich you can set the gaurad shading(what was it called again?). You should check batch compiler's settings, it should be in there somewhere. He just changed the angle to 0 or 359.

Guys, the pilar is actualy quite simple, he just created a basic form and then twisted it each segment on the Z axis.I can only say try it yourself!

in How did you find TWHL? Post #186961
I came here through playing on the TFC server http://www.axlstfc.com. They are now dead, but that was the most fun server I have ever played on. It was ONLY custom maps.. One of those maps was done so well and got me thinking of my own ideas for maps, and then I decided to make em.. I went to their site, and they had a link to mapper resources, TWHL being one of them.. And then it progressed from there.
No way? AXL TFC down? Dang, the world really has changed a lot.

Played on there a few times, great server it was.

I only need to do one skin for the UZI. Then il contact Rim to see if he wants to animate and compile them. Then its up to Muzz to add them to the DLL.

How about the mapping?

You can make a comic in Half-Life very well. As long as it is story line driven and not focused on the images. Read this comic to get the idea of what i mean. It has a great story BTW, worth reading if your bored.

Yeah, but HLDM is boring after a round. Install the better mods like Half-Life Rally, or The Trenches(<--needs Costum maps installed), Hostile Intent, Firearms, Front line Force, The Specialists(<--teamplay mode), Tour of Duty.

And dozen others out there. i never play hldm anymore.
