world and face flags are both checked. I suppose you copied and rotated this door, try remaking the brush and reapplying the texture.. Usually if you want to flip the texture horizontal you check one of them flags.

I also got extremely scared, when I heard the tentacles for the first time (blast pit, when the dscientist tells you to destroy the "thing") and when I saw it.Yeah me too. Especially those sounds :> it makes that atmosphere very spooky
