The 360 is an AWESOME Console! It is in no way Crap. I have it and It is simply amazing. Everything is good about it, it's specs, it's User-Interface, It's Xbox Live System! Looks like you've taken the skins from HL2 and compiled bits together (that's my 'easier' way of making skins). Quite good, though you can tell the skin is mirrored and it seems to lose detail away from the main facial features.. almost to the point of being a single colour in those areas.

I've loosely followed Gears Of War, and while the tech certainly is impressive, the game just looks boring. A dark and destroyed city has nothing on the massive outdoor areas, and the smooth look of Halo 3. Although there really is no battle between Gears Of War and Halo 3, they're quite different games.

Those textures are way too simple, you can tell the bumpmaps are providing all the details and it looks.. well bad. Tone down the bumpmaps alot and add some proper details to the base texture.

I know how to make slowmo but not how to make it look good.I assume you mean adding colour/distortion effects or something along those lines. You can change the POV and add a black and white filter with the point_clientcommand also (i think i read somewhere that you used my example map for help).
If you want a coloured filter effect, i think you have to write a custom one, like Valve did with the teleport sequence at the beginning of HL2. I have no idea how to do that i'm afraid. Otherwise you could try using an overlay effect with one of HL2's textures or make your own that's more suited to the mod.
I can imagine a bug-eyed type lense (i forget the proper term for it) overlay would suit slomo in a FEAR-type way, though those are pretty taxing on performance... atleast on this hunk of junk.

It looks great, and everything (or a hell of a lot) about it is new - new textures, new models, new sprites, new skies, new sounds etc. etc.
Fortress Forever is way too much like HL2, it still uses alot of the HL2 textures/decals and stuff, which for such a mod should really be replaced to make it fresh and exciting.
