Ok, here is an odd problem.
Scince this is a minimod, I followed the tutorial for mods.
Now, when i activate the mod and press new game and choose skill, it just exits HL..
What the h...?

A question:
Does this work?

I got a func_button, with the target "bang"
I got a env_shake with the name "bang"
I got a trigger_relay with the name "bang" and the target "boom" and the delay of 3 seconds
I got a env_explosion with the name "boom"

That should work, right?
first, the env_shake goes of, then, the thing explode, right?

Not,, really.
Ok, I got the following things:

A brush with a switch texture (entity: func_button)
A brush with a texture of a power light, wich starts as the off version.
An env_shake
A light.

I want the following thing to happen:

When I press the func_button, the brush with the power off texture will change texture to power on
and the env_shake will start
and the light will turn on.

I can't really understand your map.
I've never even used a multimanager, or a, trigger_changetarget.
But I have heard of them.
I only like, understand 50% of it. ^^

I know that this has ben posted in the forum before, but I couldn't find the thread.
Ok, here is the problem.
I got a swich, a brush with a texture with a text saying "Power" and there is a little light under it wich doesn't glow and, an env_shake.
How do I do the following thing:

When I click the switch, the texture with the power light (off) will switch texture to the texture with power (on), on the same time, as an event happens, wich, in this case, is the env_shake.

So, the switch has to do 2 things.
change a texture and start an event.
The best thing would be if it started more than just the env_shake but if I figgure out how to start 2 things I bet that it is the same princip as to start 3, right?
(like, if I want a light to turn on while pressing the switch too)

Now, I find this imposseble to make, but I've seen that it is posseble.
It happened several times in the normal HL game, and so on.

So, please, help me!

BTW, I just discovered that the door did work, I was planning to post it and try your idea frag. ^^
The door was supposed to go up but I put the yaw as 90 (wich was forward)
And then, I didn't notice that it moved. :)

Fragmeister: When you say delete all entitys, do you mean doors (brushes tied to entitys) and stuff like that too? (+ usual entitys of course)

Okay, I haven't mapped for HL1 in ages, only HL2.
(Yeah, i searched the forum but no one is as noobish as me. :P )
Ok, I got a light, I want it to turn on when I walk into the trigger_once, wich I do right on spawn (you spawn inside the trigger_once)
The light got the flag "initially dark" pressed, yes.
And got the thame "light"
so, the trigger_once target is light.
And the trigger_once also has a delay time of 5 seconds.
I thought that would work but it didn't.
The lamp starts on. :S

I also tried to open a door with a trigger on the same way but that didn't work ether!
What's wrong? :S

Oh right.
The training map I just started.
Here is my idea:
It is simple, a bit like boot camp at OP4, but still, far from it.
No climbing in ropes and stuff like that.
You're in a big training base and you can train on, what you want to.
If you don't want to train on anything, just, go to the exit.
There will be a shooting range, and, like, climbing ladders and the use of different weapons and, how to command troops (using C, like in HL2)

1 thing, we need a more advanced commanding system than in HL2.
I mean, even if you tell them to hold position, the run after you like, 10 seconds after telling them.
And the range where you can tell them to walk to is like, 5 "game meters".

Do you guys like the training idea?

SWAT goes in one country.
1. This "blue thunder" team is all over the world like rainbow six or something.
2. They are UN soldiers.
3. uhh,, something something, but it doesn't matter!
We're pritty different if you compare to these "SWAT" mods.
Even though I searched the moddb for swat mods, found only one (for HL2)
and that was SWAT Cats!

Seems like rubbish to me, but, oh well, might be fun too. :)

Yeah, I was just planning to write something like that..
I though, he manages to escape when he tries to kill him in the house, and this assisian starts to chase him, and, well.. OMG!
I got it! :D
I though of this just right now.
The police notices this and starts to chase the assisian, so he runs into a store, like, T-tab (!!) and locks himself in and takes the man at the registrator as a hostage! :D

You like that don't you? :D

And he might even call for backup, like, with his cellphone, so some of the gang members tries to help him out and there will be a mayor fire fight and such..

It was a bit unrealistik, eh?

Also, I wondered if it was possible to run CSTRIKE game from CS:CZ to play CS 1.6 MP game, because when I dun "czero.exe -game cstrike", it crashes as soon as I create a game.
CSTRIKE doesn't work in CZ, I bet.
I think the CSTRIKE folder is there only because CZ first was based on the CS code, and it still borrows code from the old CS script and source.. I'm not sure though.
Easy to figgure out if you open the folder, if there are as much files in there as there is in the original CS 1.6, then, it should work, if it's now as many files, then it is just a borrowed source so it will not work.

Not sure but, I think so.

Did you try clear your hard drive?
When was the lasttime you did that and, are you sure you're memory blaha blaha isn't, like, overloaded or something.
I don't know that much about the inside of a computer but I would bet that ether it is the memory or, that you got some weird stuff in your CPU and you need to clear it, or, you got a virus or something.
