ok got it sorted
i think it was the
info_teleport which i never gave a name
giving it a name sorted it and teleported me correctly

ive made a simple map and only got a couple of things in for starters
5 x spawn point, jumpsuit
and a few weapons.
ive decided to make a teleporter as i wan secret rooms n such.
no i mad a block and put an image on it, not a tied this to trigger_teleport and told it to target "tdest1"
now somewhere else in the map i placed info_teleport_destination and called this "tdest1"
now i compiled the map and when i jump on the teleport pad it crashes half life out completely back to my desktop ?!?!
any1 any ideas please
