You can copy the stuff (NOT THE trigger_changelevel or the info_landmark, leave them alone) from the old map2 and put it into the new map 2

did you at all move the info_landmark at anytime even a billionth of a centrementre? Because if you did I think that could screw things up. The landmark must be in the exact same place for both maps. Example:

there is map. it's called Map1.
Map 1 has a info_landmark and a trigger_changelevel. It also has a player_start entity. Snpbond wants to go to another map. So, do THIS EXACTLY. He goes file > save as and names it map 2. Now, he goes and open Map1 again keeping Map2 open. He now has two maps exactly the same. He selects the info landmark in map 1 and changes the properties.

Name : landmark1

He then closes it and then selects the trigger_changelevel and goes to it's properties:

Name: Leave it blank
New Map Name: Map2
Landmark Name: landmark1

he then closes it, saves it and opens up map2 again. He goes into the properties of the info_landmark and gives it the name of landmark1.
He then opens the properties of the trigger_changelevel and changes the settings to this:

Name: Leave blank
New Map Name: Map1
Landmark Name: landmark1

He saves them both. He compiles them both but ticks "don't run the game after compiling" for both of them. He then goes into Halflife2, goes into the console and types this in: map map1

Map1 runs, he goes into the trigger_changelevel and he then ends up in map2.
Map2 does not need the player_start but no harm done if you keep it there.

END.

One gaurd looks weird with the Shotgun

Not problems but they might seem to be Problems:
One door you can't get through, that is the end of the demo.

What we need i a warning system, that could come in handy.

Breif outline:
Everytime you Spam, do something stupid, abuse the PM system (hehe) or anything like that you get 1 warning point. If you get 3 warning Points, you get banned for 3 days. After that you loose the warning points.
The more serious the offence (Cussing, Racist or sexist) will earn you say 3 points. It's up to 7th to decide that. If you get 5 points, you get banned for say a week. The warning points stay on after that. If you get 7 points, you ar permantly banned forever.

It is possible because I have seen it before on other forums.

I had them because earleir that day, I got something in my eye, and it damged the kinda layer on my eye, so I had to go to hospital to get some drops and that. If i hd left it, the eye would just get worse and maybe become permant, so I would have a damged eye. :cry:

Hello, if you can remember I made a thread ages ago about CITY17, not many people liked the story line so I changed it completely, it is now called...wait for it...Rise Of The Dead. A Halflife 2 mod based on Dawn of the dead, execpt it happens in City 17 and the combine are around to make things harder. I have new content for you all, and in some pictures, I was messing around with photoshop so ignore the Texture of the pistal, it was suppose to be camoflarge, but It needs alot of work. yay! Holidays are up and I am back from the hospital. Last night I had to go to the Hospital and they put these drops in my eye and it stung alot. Now I have to put them in 3 times a day for 3 days!

Anyway, no the holidays are up, and my eye is better, I can now almost complete Chapter 4!!! Can anyone wait just one more week??!#
I'll give you a teaser later this week.

HL3, is that HL Aftermath? Are they diffrent things? If they are not, Halflife 3 will most likely have the same engine as Halflife 2 did, only with more features.
