Sure, you could probably find a few spriters, but how many people here are going to be willing to sprite characters when their main expertise is [supposedly] mapping?

Pick a singular project already and work on that, every other month you just simply pile on a new project hoping that the previous one won't fall apart while you focus on the new one. It doesn't work that way, and the previous project always falls apart.
What's even worse is you don't even take these projects seriously and you just dump them here in hopes that somebody will just 'walk in' and help you with a project that's going to die and be revived 5 times in a row, then swiped aside in favor of something else. Just stop.

Yes because you already have all the core half-life engine files already downloaded it's only re-downloading the Condition Zero files, but as you've already completely nuked it [There should be no chance of any user saved settings or mods left after completely deleting the folder in your username folder], then all I'd suggest is just updating drivers for your hardware.
Don't just re-install, delete the entire condition zero folder, re-installing doesn't do anything other then redownload the GCF files.
