nothing is impossible

By that i mean it's technically possible, but the game's UI is possibly stored in the "GameUI.dll" file, but it has no sourcecode and could be only edited with a dll modifier, or if someone already have done this before

Hello there

i was peeking into stuff to add in Half-Life, and I found things about the logo.avi file from the old game's release on CD, currently no one in the community seems to have tried replace the code to add it back, so I decided to re-code it back myself with my sourcecode.

if anyone would have ideas too...

I was working on entity replacements for maps, but i couldn't find anything to actually edit the game's BSP files with a simple text editor without having the map crashing, and there doesn't seem to be any official edit tools for BSP entities...

If anyone knows a program to directly edit BSP files without just decompiling the map for edits, i mean edit the entities propreties in the file?

No, Im using one refered as "halflife-branch-malortie-op4", but i lost the source...
Im sure some others may have problems like me.
That's about creating a OP4 mod, I recently got BIG problems with a custom sourcecode i had : it is a sourcecode for the OP4 contents, but it doesn't seem to work very well, and it was the only code i could possibly find.

I managed to recode most of the weapons and some monsters to make them functional, but the other codes are still corrupted (like sniperrifle and saw not reloading, shocktroopers talking with human voice, ropes but i decided to remove those ropes, and others...) and errors kept appearing in some attempts to restore them, making me rewrite the codes from the start, without big success.

If you have any idea if there's anything possible for that, a code working any better than mine, or that's just impossible and recoding is the only available solution?
