New HL Deathmatch Map in Progress (Editor Shots)

"Gungod"

Basically, in this map individual players get the chance to operate a quick moving heavy machine gun turret in the centre of the main arena area. A trigger_camera will provide a birdseye view of the gun in operation. After 20 seconds, the player is teleported to a pit where he faces the ultimate doom, getting crushed by spiked walls (to make it fair).

...Or whatever.

The connectivity works well at the moment, it's not exactly finished - the textures will change, but for now they are temporary.

Another interesting feature of this map will me a gun turret that activates at the end of a hallway leading towards the gauss gun (or other item/weapon).

If anyone has any ideas/suggestions/criticisms, please go ahead... :P

then it was a justified kill.
You talk like the old woman was a dangerous serial killer! At that age, she was probably unaware that they were police - she must have thought they were intruders.

And btw, Hi pepper. :sarcastic:

The poor woman was probably petrified seeing a whole load of armed police descend onto her private property knowing she was innocent and just wanted to be left alone.

I have no sympathy for those mindless thugs who shot and killed an old woman.

None.

Shame on them, they are sick.

so. wrong.
No ID in a computer lab is suspicious.

Hell no one at my school has any ID. Inlcuding me, then again, my school is too small for campus cops.

I hope those cops get banned from life. hard.
Exactly. If we forgot our ID Card we were told to just go sign for a temporary pass in the office - the last thing they do is call the police!

I mean come on. A student arguing about an ID Card is hardly with al-Qaeda...

I would have worn a V For Vendetta mask, personally.

standing the fuck up instead of screaming at them.
The guy couldn't move, he was in agony - they kept tasering him.

That's why he was screaming at them to stop so he could regain control and leave like a normal human.

For not having ID, a slap on the wrists is acceptable. Tasering isn't.

This kid was actually tasered multiple times for simply refusing to show his ID card when entering the computer lab.

Police ought to know themselves how immobilising a taser attack is, as they run through such proceedures in training.

It is absolutely dispicable to see someone in obvious trauma begging for the moronic officers to stop tasering him.

Then again, if officers can now taser children, disabled individuals, and elderly people (which they have done on multiple occasions), I guess that makes it alright...

Oh, and lets just forget the increasing amount of taser-related fatalities. I guess we should basically refer to our police officers as 'God' and lick their boots.

They're fighting al-CIA-duh, after all... :

It?s a constitutional right to bare arms, it's illegal to steal somebody's property. The guy probably is real interested in firearms, much like the average CS nut.

They did this after Katrina; instead of saving lives the police were literally using the event as an urban training drill going round and removing people's firearms illegally.

Then they completely broke the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits military intervention in Law Enforcement - having troops on the street, much like the 'crossing of the Rubicon'.

Bush, you're going to jail, for high counts of treason, deception, fraud, vote rigging, and crack cocaine use.

A lot of Americans are scared to face reality, they are stuck in the false "left"/"right" paradigm, mainstream media rhetoric, and are afraid to 'deviate' from this mentality. Every debate is separated into the "left"/"right" category when all that matters is what's right and wrong.

Charlie Sheen, a true American, was criticised in a playground fashion for simply saying that he had 'unanswered question' about 9/11, instead of intellectually debating these questions, the media jumped on the 'tinfoil hat' bandwagon.

The NeoCon administration is openly corrupt, they believe they have the right to abolish the Bill Of Rights, they feel as though they are playing 'God' and that everyone is under their command. The mainstream media is their greatest WMD; it has eaten the entire country from inside out.

Bush does not run the country, he is a bootlicking puppet, just like the rest of them - it's the guys behind the scenes that command these fruitcakes.

Don?t criticise the people, criticise the schizophrenic Bush administration, the Pentagon-funded mainstream media propaganda ministries, and more importantly, the behind-closed doors round table network of secret organisations, banks, and elite groups.

...The garguntua was pretty scary in Uplink too, especially the vent part. What an amazing game Half-Life is.
