I am looking for a perl script that will do the following:
someone enters information into a text box then what ever the person enters gets sent to a text files on my server.
How would a do this useing a perl script?

Of course it's jibberish. My entire knowledge of Perl comes from bash quotes parodying it as like the above.
I've never heard that Perl and PHP are at all alike. PHP and C++ to some degree, maybe.
