I created a dripping pipe using Env_Blood. I placed a Func_Wall benif it, That Func_Wall hangs on a wall so there is a gap between the Func_Wall and the floor. It all works fine untill the water drop gets to the Func_Wall, The drop just pass through it.

Well evidently entity brushes don't block falling blood/water. You almost certainly won't be able to make them do so.
Seventh-Monkey Seventh-MonkeyPretty nifty

You could use a sprite or animated texture shows the drop.

Well, dont tie the brush to a func_wall, it can be a simple as that (It might create some tiny and deadly portaleafs but it will surely stop the drops, right?)
And as ZL suggested, there are sprites made for drips (sprites/wdrip2.spr) , just change the color and BINGO

Create the drip using env_beam. It gives you control of the length that the drop falls. If you use a multimanager, you can even trigger a splash sprite and the dripping sound.

Sounds great SlayerA, it would look funny if you crawl below the object and the dripping spirit turns although I can put clip below and above the object but still don't think the drop will fall from the exact place I want it to fall right ZombieLoffe and kasperg thanks for your help but I already tried turning the Func_wall into a world brush and it didn't help.
