alright im working on this project. im taking your standard mortar set up but instead of having it drop bombs on a field...im trying to get it to drop a illuminatng flare like in the movies. now im thinking i just make a train that glows on its way down, but i cant seem to get anything to work...anyone have any ideas?

Env_Shooter that shoots sprites but it would only shoot to one direction.

If im right you can set it to a random direction.

ok ive tried that and it didnt work, but im having a problem i think...cuz like...i have my mortar func_button set off the flash of the mortar, the sound and the flare itself...but only the flash is goig off, i never get the sound or the flare entity going

Co-ordinate it all with a multimanager.

i thought a multimanager was timed though? i want this to fire when a player fires it

Have all the things it triggers have the same delay.

aw thats sweet, i used the multimanager to set off a bunch of light entities and then a glowing flickering sprite in the air...it looks awesome, thanks for the help!
