I have Opposing Force and I prefer to map in it then to map in half-life but the excutable program is missing how can I get it(or create it). :

You don't. Opfor acts as a mod to half-life and requires no exe.

Just target Hammer to start half-life with the game command '-game opfor'.

Your path should say something like:
"C:GamesHalf-lifehl.exe" -game opfor
With or without the quotation marks.

Well, Thanks I'll try it. But If the excuteble is not missing than what is missing for in the install it is said that there is some thing missing. I'll chack it out.
