I want a Europien kind of sky from where can I download a realistic Europien sky.

No Europian sky I only found hellish,jungle,desert and mountianous skys no forests. The sky in the map Dramatic Measures is Europian or not, Unbreakable. :

Please help me if I don't get a Europian sky my map is doomed.
When I say Europian sky I meen that it not a desert, beach, jungle, wierd, hellish, snowy I meen forests, medows ect.

Didnt you think about having a sky before making your map? I dont know where you can find that, but not all of the CS skys are weird or hellish or snowy, there some pretty normal ones. What is the exact theme of your map?

I needed a specific sky too, but i didn't manage to find the one i needed... So i dnloaded http://www.planetside.co.uk/terragen/terragen[/url] ... It's a great program and there was a tutorial... (I made the sky i needed in bout 25mins) Search the forums for "need specific skies" topic.. There was a link on the tuts... Hope this helps

I found a tutorial but I don't leave in a Europian contry I live in a much drier contry so I can't take pictures of forests and I don't know where to find allmost identicall 6 pictues to fit in my sky.

Noone said it was for CS, I was talking about the CS skies, that you can perfectly use for Opposing Force maps. I remember there was a forest sky, but it was inside a forest, with very tall trees, I dont know if you could use that one.
Bryce would an easier program for creating custom skys, there was a Bryce 4 demo out there that maybe you can find... (my compo entry had a sky made by me)

Just chacked how the counterstrike skys look like and I prefer the drkg sky or the grnplsnt sky please can someone send me those skys.

Elon, here is a link to a sky, with rolling hills/meadows that looks "European"....http://www.planetside.co.uk/terragen/gallery/gallerypage.php?item=4&ind=4&group=...... check the rest of the terragen galleryhere.....http://www.planetside.co.uk/terragen/gallery/gallerymain.php. your going to need to use the program Wally etc... to put the image into the .wad format so you can incorporate in your map and use as a sky texture. I would suggest you search for some tutorials on that. also these images are the property of their respective creators, so don't use them commercially without permission.

Yes I think I can make a sky from that. When you said that I can't use it commercially that meens I can't sell them but does it also meens that I can't post a map in this site with this sky. :

Hmmm...there is no Valve/gfx/env in my hl folder should I create it. : There is only Valve/gfx/shell and there should be no skys in that folder.

I keep getting an error in my map.. I made a custom sky the other day, but it doesn't work in HL, I forget the error though, I'll check it when I get home, and I'll post the error Monday...

Hmmm...Man It's easy to create the sky but I can't make in tarrgen a high quality sky everything is build out of squers (the texture on the terrian). I got some nice Imges but I now need to work on them in a diffrent program, Damn It, so just not too much waste time from my life I prefer to put in my map skys that are not mine. So can some one send me those counterstrike skys, please!

Well, I got a weird error that comes up..Im at school right now, and I forget what the error was, so I'll have to go home, and test it, make a screenshot, and then I'll post it, most likely monday.
