You know those Green Tall Xen thingies in Xen ,that blue clouds come out of its top. like this in screenshot .How can I build those.

Just make a spike and chop the top off. Then add the flame sprite to the top.

Well the sprite above them is called bluejet1 but you can do it with many xspark1 sprites activated one after another by a multi manager!!!
And the stracture it self is a cylender that gets thiner on the end. textured probebly with a xen or tech texture! ;)

what about that bluish ring beam the travels up the tower and sets the sprite off when i reaches the top

Simple it is two env_beams with the ring flag on. There end and start targets move,like in Antony's example map, are func_trains! When they pass the top pair of path corners they target the sprite!!! ;)

not two env_beams only one and im sure ther is a eksample map. but it has one problem if you go somewere that you cant se the env_beam it stops working(in game) :zonked:

create a cylender and then use Vertex Manupilation to make the top thiner! :)
