hi, anyway, ive got a problem. Ill tell you the whole thing in one go.

Way way back when i found this site after looking up a few tutorials to help my mapping i was scrolling along begginer, then intermediate, and then advanced. But there was one tutorial that caught my attention, which was the 'adding atmosphere' thingy, after reading through. I realised that it was true that there werent many maps (if any) taking in the horror thing (although it wasnt all grunts and stuff) so i decided that my first map (apart from all my tryouts on quite a few stuff) would be horror, plain and simple. After making my little introductory bit. I starting on making the actual thing.

But i didnt get too far. Because one problem stumped me, remember back in half life 1 when the accident happened and you had barney shoot at stupid zombie dudes. And that (if you paid attention to certain dead scientist) that one headcrab was sitting happily on a scientists head. Curved so that it actually looked like he was devouring his head and slowly turning him into a headcrab zombie. You cant make the headcrab into the position (and as far as i know there is no script for it)

Soooo anyway, how do you make the headcrab look like its sitting on top of a scientists head?

Have you tried using halflife model viewer to view all the scripts for the head crab?

PS. Please have a more appropeite name in future

Man why is it i always forget the simply things!?!?!? Thanks for the help. Now i just got to find the headcrab model...

It should be easy enough to find the model! Don't you have to extract it?
