I wanna export a sound from OPFOR/pak.0 ,I clicked on the sound and pressed export(and exported it to my folder).But when I try to open the sound it doesnt plays!(I tried on WMP and iTunes)

help. :

what program did you use to open the pak? If you're using hlmv then you should check the extension of the file, because when you extract files with hlmv, they get saved like *.* All files. If you're extracting with somethin else... I'm :confused:

Wally sometimes exports emety sound files so chack if the .wav file has more then 0kb in it!!

It's much better to explore .pak files with HLMV... I've exported all the SP maps from my hl pak0.pak and decompiled em with WinBSP! Now i have all HL1 maps decompiled! :D And it took me only 15 mins!
