i just don't feel that the jornal is permanent enough, or read enough, so im going to post this here to

well, as some of you may know, ive been down in california (its in the USA for all idiots) now for about 2 weeks. well its been fairly dull down here. various tours (best one so far has been the private one of the Nasa base around here, we knew someone who got us in and showed us around. we got to go into the windtunnels and all that, i plan on mapping some of it sometime in the future).

but anyway today i went to a theme/water park. i had a great time. the most surprising part of it is that the point of greatest fun was not any ride, but inside a humber arcade. the greatest part of it was my introduction and addiction too Dance Dance Revolution, which has been the high point of my trip so far. i got to play for 1.5 hours strait with asians. some of which were impressed with the rate i was getting better at it after a few games. and the fact that some hot asian chicks were talking to me was a definate plus.

and so an hour and a half and $25 bucks later, my mind set itself to likeing DDR. and although i cannot feel my feet, and my back feels like it was hit with a baseball bat, i found this fun. so, remember people if you can get to the point in DDR where you don't make an ass of yourself, play it, good things come of it.

Luke, yes it is. i just named the thread like that becasuse i had a Revalation when Playing Dance Dance Revolution.

and if it is for queers, then i will gladly submit to that style of thinking if i still get to talk with/flirt with hot asian chicks while playing. (like I said if you accually read it)

and who cares if its not accually danceing, it was still the most physical activity ive done this summer. plus it was FUN. the entire reasoning behind this game is not to accually dance, but to have fun doing fancy footwork, which is a kind of dancing.

Dancing games have been around since the time of the NES/SNES, from Nintendo themselves, so they're nothing new.

Just thought I'd alert you to that fact. ;)

hey im not lazy, i go for a 5 mile bike ride every day, and where i live its pure hills.

ant, ddr is still the best one to come out. but i really can't decide weather DDR or BeatMania (another really fun music oriented game by Konami) is funner
