What color you want it to be?

There you go.
If you want the decal to be in a different colour, just change the last colour in the palette in wally to the colour you want.

Oops.. Forgot edit..

yes use +wadinclude or whatever it was, or just go to the tutorial on making custom textures.

oh, and you can edit posts, just thought i'd point out

i cant make it a wad be cause i ant change it to open up with wally and it wont paste in wally

it will, just copy it out of paint or photoshop or whatever, make a new wad, right click in it and select "paste as new"
