Not all hypospadias will need to be surgically corrected.
The determining factor is whether the boy would be able to pee standing up. Apparently, being able to do so has great impact on the male psyche.

I concur Doc, some are not so bad but the phycological impact gives good reason for cosmetic surgery so as the boy may feel comfertable amongst other boys (less likely to feel the odd one out) in one case I have seen the opening was at the base of the penis, re-location was a success with the use of the fore-skin to make the urethral tube

A full 2 day's worth of mapping yeilds just about 15 to 20 seconds of gameplay. 
Oh, and i've started with Milkshape and models. Over there, a day's work is more like 2 seconds, but at least you can use the same model over and over - unlike maps.
