So I'm in the middle of a project. Doing a full compiling with vis and rad included. And when I'm ready to test the map, this is what i get:

It have worked before but now I get this chess-like texture instead of the real one i wanted "CSTRIKE_WB6PLN4". I should look like this:

As for the lighting. I have one light_enviorment and thats all, inside I have lamp-textures that emitt's the light on the inside.
Anyone have any ideas? :zonked:

Is it a custom texture?
If it is, make sure it is located in the Cstrike folder.
If it is, try put it in the Cstrike folder in the GFC file.

Those purple black squares mean that that texture is missing.

it's not a custom texture, and It have worked before with the same texture. I changed it from one brck wall to another one, didn't work

The problem is that that texture doesn't exist. Check the wad file that has this texture in it, and make sure its loaded in Hammer and placed in the right directory of the mod your mapping for.

You might have two different Wads...

1 that you used to compile, and another that is in the folder...

The one that you used to compile might include that texture, but the one in the folder might not...

Just an idea.

That texture is from cstrike.wad the others are from halflife.wad. ;) Are you sure the Cstrike.wad is in the right folder? :
