Stop using those brush lights, try using foggy lights instead. Use the glow1 sprites for the bottom glows(with the render amount of 80) and for the top one use the glow3 sprite with the render amount of 150.

The closest hole to where you took the pic from doesnt really go with the other one i think, should be shaped a bit more like the top one, but thats just my appinion

BUT ANYWAY, since you asked so politely, I'll tell you why the picture sucks donkey balls.

-It's a block
-Texturing is poor (very poor)
-That spotlight is god damn fucking ridiculous.
-The cloud, or fog, or whatever the fuck it is, is blurry, and has a strange effect on the brushes in intersects with.
-I've seen more detail in example maps (I found this quite humorous)
-Lighting is outrageously bland. I'd think a nice blue environmental lighting coming through the hole in the roof there would provide a much moodier scene, and would hide the lack of detail, good texturing, and you could rid yourself of that silly spotlight.

I'd say more, but I'm not in the mood for writing an essay on poor mapping at the moment.

I'd say, after this argument it's clear you need to work more on your map and take the comments into account. They're more valuable than you think they are...
In fact, I ask for feedback on about 5 mapping sites for my maps nowadays. Greatly helps improving the quality and pinpointing flaws.

And yeah, have fun mapping, but personally I also go for improving skills and maps along the line, Muzzle... that's part of the fun for me...
