I agree Pepper, the Red and Blue really don't fit.
It really does detract from the comic, kinda sickening combo, but I was focusing on the comic more, so I didn't really comment on it until someone else raised it.

I was going to.. in the future... have the dude captured by combine... then while he is in the citadel... he is thrown into one of those Zappy things by accident.. and becomes a superhero.. The Combine find his toasted body and emplace it into one of the superCombine dudes... Then, he would run around and fight crime to end the rebellion...
