so host it somewhere, and link to it in the "link to map download" box in the map submission form.

What did you include in the file? If you have a wad then remove all unused textures, if you have other costum stuff like models and sounds check if you used them all. ALL UNUSED FILES MUSN"T BE IN THE ZIP!!!
