Long story short:

Friend was dragging my MSN messenger window (the buddy list) when my optical mouse jumped and took my list off screen. Now I can't get it back.

I've tried changing my rez and uninstall/reinstalling it, but neither works. I really need to use MSN but now I can't. Anyone know how to retrieve my lost window?

Sorry but... Thats hilarious!

There must be a way to get it back. Its not like the mouse went OFF the screen and dropped it?

Mouse your mouse to the very edge of the side it was dropped and try to drag it back...

Hahaha, pwned. :D

Failing Jax's advice, I suggest something a little more hardcore: uninstalling MSN and delving into the registry to delete all traces of the program. It's strange that a normal uninstall/reinstall didn't work...

Its even easier than that, look for the MSN logo in the task bar, right click "exit" then reload MSN.

Cascade doesn't work. That was the first thing I tried. :-P

How do I use Faber to move the window?
