Hi, I'm Slasher_101, and I have a Steam problem...

But seriously, when I try to run Steam, it comes with:
"Connecting to steam account: Slasher_101..." right ?

Then, when it seems to be done, an error message comes up and says:

That's the error message ^

I know error messages never really give you much info on how to fix something, but does anyone have any ideas ?

Have you moved Steam's files around or something?

try deleting clientregistry.blob

it's Valve's sollution to %70 of Steam Problems.

Close steam, delete clientregistery.blob
Open steam and it'll ask you to log in. Do so, then wait while it updates.

Solves a lot of problems, might solve yours
