HL: crowbarring an explosive crate
HL2: crowbarring an explosive barrel
HL2DM: holding an explosive barrel with the grav gun as protection against getting shot
CS: go to knife an afk who suddenly turns around and hits you with a headshot
OP4: mistaking a barnacle for a rope
SVENCOOP: thinking an enemy grunt is a friend in a grunt skin and you run up to him and say 'heal me!!'
HL2: using that cheat where you stand on something and grav gun it and go flying upwards (watch the hl2 speed run) and you go too high and as you fall you think 'oh crap im gunna die' but you dont cus you land in a patch of water and ur like 'phew! i need a drink!' and you forget to pause it while you get your coke and 1 headcrab comes and sucks your brains out.
