I'v made 6 npc_template_maker that spawns 250 antlions each. I want them to storm a outpost far away when they spawn. Cant get it to work :(. Please give examples or answers how this will be done

Probs just a settings error...If you go to properties in hammer you may notice some options...Mess around with those also try triggering it.
