Suicide being illegal is meaning, you will be arrested if you have created a suicide attempt that you have failed.. If a man jumps off a building wanting to suicide, but ONLY breaks his legs instead of dieing, he gets arrested for trying to suicide.. Once your dead though, im sure the feds dont care..

He wouldn't actually get arrested, he'd get put in a hospital. I've never heard of anyone getting arrested for attempted suicide; about the only trouble you could get into for attemtped suicide is, for example, if you were an airline pilot and tried to kill yourself mid-flight, and that's just because it endangers everyone else aboard.

What if you were an abortion doctor and you had one of your colleagues assist you. Are they just aborting "mature, post-natal fetal tissue?" It's perfect! just have abortion clinics do the killing or you!
