Now I hate pop and especially Eurovision pop, but ffs - Lithuania's little joke went off successfully! :D
LT United got 6th place and that's something amazing, since the song was nothing more than a good idea, executed properly.
Of course, we couldn't have been the real winners of Eurovision, since Lordi really deserved 1st place.

Just post your opinions on this year's contest.. :)

Eurovision has always sucked - shitty music, shitty hosts, shitty competitors... but this year, us schlager-hating viewers triumphed - idiots who take Eurovision seriously are going to be pissed that Lordi won.

Also, Sweden's competitor sucked cock as usual. She always does.
And lithuanias was just strange.

They wanted to do not so serious music. They play hardrock/glam and they're dressed as a monsters. That's a pretty good concept.

And about that their music sucks, well, that's an opinion.

Yes, of course it's an opinion.

As for it being a "good concept" - a good concept would be to enter some really good music into Eurovision for once, but I guess that'll never happen.

Finally there was a band/artist that didn't play that crap.

Eurovision song contest sucks.
All of the songs in the outtake (before the real contest) all sounds the same.
And at the actual contest the songs are,, pathetic.
The only thing people seem to vote for is if the number contains women in badingsuits anyway. :
I saw it this year, and I was supprised when I heard Finland's song, it was quite interesting.
I liked it.
Finnaly some change.

I just think that Lordi's type of music and bands similar to them are incredibly silly.
Of course they are, but they're amusing :D. The lead singer sounds quite human. I read him saying something, when somebody asked about the ridiculous garb, along the lines of "well, without the masks, we're just guys who walk the dogs".

I think lordi winning is a good thing for the eurovision song contest, they might accept more different kinds of music now, and that would be great, i might even start to watch it then. and the song was quite good, and their outfits are cool, very original.

I actually like eurovision.

I like finland, they were rather amusing.
