Its difficult to tell from those teeny-tiny little screens, but the lighting doesnn't look to great. Then again, they are beta maps.

I have added new screenshots and thumbnails that link to medium size images. There is also a Higher resolution gallery available. I apologise for capitalising the title, it was a quick cut and paste.

Well I commend him for making all these maps alone but my rant is the quality of those pictures are quite a 'turn-off' however I like his story concept and the level design is quite detailed in places...He seems to reply on small detailed rooms though.

In Half-Life 2, when you arrive at Black Mesa East and go down the elevator with Mossman, you can see (amongst other things) a sequence showing the Vortigaunts as chefs, cooking up some headcrab stew.

I don't know about this, alot of things in the screenshots seem rather odd and out of place, for example:

the white pipe with the curves in the middle seems weird, in real like the pipe would have gone straight up to the ceiling, make one turn, and then fastened tightly to the ceiling.. and the light, seems really weird.
