hello, so..
1) what is LEAK and how can i get rid of it?
2) why carve sucks??
3) waht's bad on box-based sky?

1)When the map is not fully closed to the outside (black space in the editor)
2)When used improperly, it can cause bad-looking brushwork, as well as nasty polygon intersections which make compiles much longer.
3)An unnecessary amount of faces are taken into account, so the visibility and radiosity steps of the compile take much, much longer.

(buildings has windows and so..)

It really depends on how the map is like. The HL1 engine wasn't originally designed to handle big open spaces. If your map is mainly a box... then skyboxing is probably the way to go.

I don't get it, is there any other way to make a sky, then either making a box and hollow it, or make a box yourself?

Make a box...Bit by bit because my making a hollow box it renders the outside too and thus more lag and longer compiles...You shouldn't hollow a box anyway because your compiling empty space unless your map is completely square >_>

No, but there is another (and usually better) way of making maps that doesn't involve "a box"

A easy way to get rid of leaks is go to map/ check for problems and click on a leak and go to error and delete the "invisible problem"... works for me anyway...i think. plus if you want to make a sky just make it as if it were another wall enclosing your outdoor area and give it the sky texture...+ check out the tutorial on sky lighting... it makes a pretty kewl affect.
