In de_inferno on CS:S, you you go next to the yellow car near bombsite A, and in the building outside the walls there is a latin song playing. I have tabbed that song for you, enjoy :D

Illegality

Thats probably copywrighted as it is bundled with CS, which requires HL1 to play. so therefore its part of half life and is copywrighted. same reason you cannot download cs.wad with a map :)
