OK. for starts, who ever put that flag on the TWHL logo wasn't very smooth at it, so your duty is to either upgrade or redesign the TWHL logo with something of a pwn factor of atleast 1.

Maybe keep it mapping or hl related. Go map an uber-high resolution HDR HL2 logo and screenshot. i dunno.

i think that a mapping site should be represented from a mapping view.
its a straight-from-hammer camera view screenshot.
the lighted version didnt have the right colours so i used this one.
if anyone wants a pic of the compiled version just say so

My vote in for Pengiun - His example is relevant, and he put some effort into it (custom wads, brushes) and it was Hammer based, rather than just Valve based. Good work Pingoo, cant wait to see it up there as teh new logo.

I really don't have anything against Jimmi. It is only the Internet for gods sake. But I do think Penguinboy's is better, more interesting to look at, and represents Hammer, which this site is about.

Some of these are good. I like the mapping one, but it need more mappyness besides a few lights and such. Throw in a ambient_gerneric and some monster, or weapons.
As for the flags, they are nice too.
