I am planning to make a map where T's and CT's work together (Clan map) where an object, probably a tank shoots at the players. sounds basic, i did search, couldnt find much to suit for i'm looking for so only 2 questions.
Is this possible?

Is it possible? If you can have a func_tank, that shoots the player in multiplayer - yes.
Will it work? If the teams won't involve fraggers, who'll just kill the opposing team - yes.

it wont work, because then neither team will win so the round will not end.

Is there a trigger that tells the game to say CT win or T win?
Because what if you changed it so there are two sides and two tanks on each side. The teams work together and the first one to destroy the tank wins...
