Why can't i open TWHL in Firefox? It's frustrating to use Explorer... And the same thing goes with youtube and such, i installed the flash plugin that was needed but it doesn't work :(

I had that... firefor wouldn't open, though I didn't try YouTube. You need to go to tools and options, then go to privacy and cookies, and fiddle with those settings. I think you need to allow website to set cookies, and "to they expire" the top box should be ticked, and the next two un-ticked.

Well, that's how it is on mine....

I'll try what alew just told me to try :)

Edit: It turns out we have the same setting already alex. But i still can't access the sites! And btw, the error message (it's in swedish so i wont bother to translate all of it) tells me that it could be my cookie settings, but it was npthing wrong with those... It's like it wont connect to surtain sites. And why doesn't my plugins work? :(

Is it better on a stick?

people keep going on about which one is better, but they are equally good. It is up to the user to test both and see for themselves. I trialled Opera for two months, but Firefox won out.

I use both, though Opera is the main one i use. Whenever i find something Opera can't do (some movies for instance won't load) i'll use Firefox, and likewise i'll use Opera for things Firefox can't (like IRC/Torrents).

ChatZilla.

The difference is that Firefox can do anything, you just have to look for it first, which is why I prefer it. An in-built torrent-client seems useless, though, but I'm sure there IS a firefox extension for it somewhere.

In any case, it just boils down to which you prefer personally; they're both great browsers, and anything is better than IE.

I use IE if firefox doesnt work, given its compatible with 99.9999999999% of pages and 100% of microsoft 'standards'

What Hunter, Strider and Ansith said.
To avoid further useless browser flaming - ff is ok too. :P
